[TCARC-NTX] Azle EOC stand down

The mini-net in Azle has stood down and Azle Fire
Chief has closed the EOC operation although city of
Azle is operating with increased staff for the next
several shifts.

Activation for the evacuee event will probably not
recur in Azle for Hurricane Rita, although some other
areas in Tarrant County are still operating.

However, the next thing to be ready for is the
potential storms which may or may not occur.

Azle Fire Chief Will Scott asked me to convey his
thanks for your assistance today.
