[TCARC-NTX] Azle EOC activated

I just received the call from Chief Scott.  Evacuees
are now being diverted to Azle,
if you are on the call up list and available to go,
please check into the 146.94 net and let them know
which shelter you are going to.  KB5YLF is monitoring
the EOC radio until I get there and will be handling
traffic until we have operators at the shelters.

I'm on the way and will be monitoring 146.94 also.

If you are not one of the shelters or monitoring the
EOC please do not increase the confusion by trying to
participate in the net without an assignment.
