[TCARC-NTx] ground for power supply

Hi Walt Williams P/S are supposed to be good power supplies. If it has a 
grounded plug. I wouldn't worry about it. If you try grounding your supply 
with your radios. Your apt to pick up a lot of noise from your electrical 
service. Plus it's grounded through your radios, (- neg. ground). So in 
affect your grounded in two ways. 1. grounded wall plug and 2. a direct 
ground through your radio. Fire the puppy up and run it.
