Regarding antenna placement on 20-15-10:
I wonder if a hunderd feet of proximity to the water, more or less,
is going to make any difference on the high bands with beam-type antennas
anyway. I know it'll make a big difference with the verticals on the low
bands, but you might want to think about just keeping the beams/quads
closer to the rooms.
Since it's likely that you'll be the only borders at that time of year
anyway, I doubt you'll get much static about antenna placement from
management. In fact, the only trouble we had in October was a couple
on horseback that wandered into the radials by accident, right out by
the water. No injuries to radials or beasts, but it was exciting for
a few seconds!
I guess I'd put the high band antennas up wherever you run out of coax.
You're still practically right on the water, when you step out the door.
Oh, are you doing armstrong antenna rotation? That'd be another reason
to keep 'em close!
