[Swan] cygnet 270 question

Hi Chris I already checked out that portion of the radio and made sure
the -100 v was present as well. I am just trying to make sense out of the
rotary switch action for that position of the switch. Looking at it it looks
like the top portion of the switch simply grounds or opens different
circuits depending on the position. Can someone verify this?
