I remain open minded on the general subject at hand , but this part I can
contribute to.
Yes, propagation will change that much or more in even a smaller time
chunks. Minutes to minute is not uncommon . particularly at those
frequencies at those hours.
That doesn't for a minute diminish the interesting discussion about the
content and behavior of numbers stations. Part of the unending interest in
these is that very few people actually *know* the answers to the questions
we discuss.
