[Spooks] What can we do to block spams from spynumbers.com?

While it hasn't gotten bad, it seems there are a couple of these a  
day or more on "bad" days.  The user/password system need not be  
anything complex.  Or this may be a case of hitting "send" w/o  
entering data - in that case, what is the best remedy?  Other than  
not doing it.
