[Spooks] What can we do to block spams from spynumbers.com?

The username/password system is the best yet, but instead of having a
user enter a user/pass everytime he/she places a log, maybe we could add
some tokening system in place. A registration in order to access the
logging features, and logging into a session to use the logging form.
