[Spooks] What can we do to block spams from spynumbers.com?

It hasn't gotten REALLY bad yet, but if it does, maybe we can go to a 
system where we real users have a username and password in order to enter 
loggings?  I know it's more complicated, but there really aren't that many 
people actually entering loggings into the system.
