Please go ahead and tell us your theory. Right now, the only two
running theories seem to be:

1) Someone screwing around and playing a hoax.
or
2) Some type of military or intelligence exercise in foxhunting.

I think that it's time to revist the issue of "where is this thing?".
It was initially speculated that it was in the desert southwest,
Arizona or New Mexico. I do believe that location is part of the
puzzle.
