[Spooks] UNID CW station (It's Russian)

 Doesn't sound like a numbers station at all, but I think you have intercepted a message from the Russians, might be the Russian Navy or caviar fishermen in the Caspian sea for all I know. The international call sign prefixes RAA-RZZ and UAA-UTZ were assigned to the Soviet Union, though I don't know how those prefixes fall among the new CIS.
