[Spooks] UNID CW station

Hi Guys:
    On Sunday June 2, 2002 I caught the following two stations:

0611z    12457m    (Kind of sloppy fist)
UDK2 de UCTS    K

2000z    12550m    (Good clean fist)
RLK7 de UAVN    K

Both times they would call about once per minute.  The CW was handsent.
There did not appear to be any answer from outstation.  After about 10
minutes or so, they just seemed to go silent.

Does anyone have any ideas as to the identity of these stations?  Military
comms?  Numbers station?
