 Ok, I've actually got some useful info this time. UDK2 is, at least officially, a meterological station in Murmansk, Russia. RLK7 is somewhere in the Russian Federation. I found a short reference to it on Don Schimmel's Radio Intrigue: http://www.dxing.com/intrg022.htm
