Sounds like you stumbled across a US military GHFS station. She was prob in
communication with planes aloft, sending things like EAM's (emergency
action messages) arranging crew accommodations at a base where they were
going to land, and making freight handling arrangements. These
transmissions are all quite common. 11115 is a main freq during daylight
hours to hear these transmissions. There is nothing really "spooky" about
them other than the undecipherable "EAM" messages. They're all quite common.
