[Spooks] New guy question - Unid Station

Sounds like the Air Force GHFS with an Emergency Action Message, EAM.  What
was the frequency?

Just got my first shortwave radio yesterday, & was tuning through the bands
when I landed upon what I thought was a numbers station.  The time was
4:30UTC, it was a femail voice in english saying both numbers and phonetic
letters.  At one time, she said "I say again", and then repeated the
number/letter lines.
