Just got my first shortwave radio yesterday, & was tuning through the =
bands when I landed upon what I thought was a numbers station.  The time =
was 4:30UTC, it was a femail voice in english saying both numbers and =
phonetic letters.  At one time, she said "I say again", and then =
repeated the number/letter lines.
