Hah! Mike we keep your registration number a state secret, so secret in 
fact even we don't know it.

Don't ask the unknown Secretary because his lips are sealed, totally 
uncommunicative.

Even my own registration number was randomly generated by Microsoft all 
those mumble, mumble decades back and I was the first civil person to 
apply - SOC #1 and #2 are fakes - or just plain incompetent because 
neither are able to count past one and two.
