[SOC] Why SOC?

Hi Ian,

I could not be given #1 because that might infer that I had done something
right and we all know that ain't agonna happen.

Somehow, being Second in the Second Ops Class seems fitting. :-)

And I can really count to 2. All I have to do is hold up the middle finger
of both the right and left hands and there it is! :-)
