[SOC] Why SOC?

As Ron said, "Competence is tolerated, but not encouraged."

That said, you will note that he forgets to tell us his SOC number in each
of his emails.  Thus, he demonstrates all the traits of an SOC member in
good standing.  Of course this could just be his high level of modesty.

He is well qualified as SOC#002.  Well done, Ron.
