The one I feel sorry for is his grandmother. She is the last of her

All that inbreeding has shown up in the mental level of these Royals.

Any one else could wear that costume and get a chuckle out of it.
He should know better. His last name is Windsor only because in 
1917 the family adopted it instead of their German name which
was causing a lot of resentment in Gt Britain. After what the 
British went through in WWII its no longer funny.
