Not when the car is running.  This obly occurs if the car is rolling.

If they were, they would be much to small to seat any passengers.

Definitely not if the switch is turned off.

Although it seems possible that the assembly might strike the wall and
imbed itself, this question has been treated quite adequately elsewhere.
