The few times I've accidentaly done it are when I don't know the guy's
working split. What I normally do is listen for a while to see if the
guy is operataing simplex (i.e., I can hear the guy he's working). But
if he's just calling cq over and over I give him a shot on the freq he's
tranmitting on. Obviously I'm not going to interfere with anything
because nobody's wokring him anyway :^)
I don't have split capabilities anyway, so if they aren't simplex I
don't try and work them. :^))
