Something went wrong (pure SOC) and the _english_ version of the BTA is 
in fact http://www.bta.bg/site/en/indexe.shtml

If you just typi http://www.bta.bg I guess you will get the English one, the 
web site surely checks that your computer is not LZ compliant ;o)
