[SOC] Diplomatical Incident to come ... WARNING !

Bonjour � tous ...

This is an urgent message, a critical one ...

As most of you may have yet understood, my closest friends are not F ones but 
LZ ones (clearly speaking my CW Elmer is a Bulgarian fellow : LZ1CY).
So I have some "connection" with this country. On a daily basis I check some 
online news agencies/papers just to know what's gg on there from the official 
point of view (for the real point of view I have my local agent ;o))
I have just checked the BTA site (http://www.bta.bg/site/bg/index.shtml for 
those of you not familiar with LZ language. FYI, the English & Bulgarian 
versions are "slightly" different abt the news given ...) and I am affraid some 
huge diplomatical incident is about to come in the near future ....

Each day on the "home page" of the BTA site there is the so-called "Picture of 
the day". Today (07th of June), the pic is this one (I saved it on the SOC web 
space just for future reference if needed) :

What's the problem you may ask ??
The problem is this one : the legend of the pic, as published on the Bulgarian 
Telegraphic Agency, reads : "Dobrich - Chinese Delegation"

Assuming the fact that Asiatic people is really "touchy" about humor, I am not 
sure they will appreciate this way to introduce the facts .. !!

It reminds me (TRUE story) our French Prime Minister some years ago (Mme E. 
Cresson, back in the '90s) who said, during a Press Conference after a JA - F 
official meeting : "Japanese are ants". Then followed a "Cold period" btwn the 
Rising Sun and the Froggies ...
