Nope. Chris (GQ4DPJ, G4DPJ before and after the Jubilee Celebration) asked for
that. But interesting to me too ;o)
Well, as you yet have the A. Football and looking how popular is Soccer on your
side, I think Rugby will not catch a lot of people on your side.
BTW, yesterday we were speaking of  Hooligans here in Europe. Any Hooligans on
your side (whatever the sport) ?
Or you have enough with the local Gangs (should it be motorbike or drugs gang or
gun gangs or what else ...) ?

Sport to be under Gvt control ??.... Some years ago some countries were rulling
their sport associations this way. And BTW in these countries Ham structure was
really something serious and well-organized, Ham hobby being a sport among
others, like gymnastic or chess game. The names of these structures were DOSSAF
or O.S.O. to name 2 of them. Here I have a souvenir of O.S.O., a beautiful
copper engraved plaque 20cm*20cm.
All should have been OK except that the English translation of O.S.O. means
"Organisation for Help and Support to the Army", OSO being the LZ version of
DOSSAF (ex-USSR).
Since OSO, DOSSAF etc are down, all local structures are also down and now ...
the new national ham federations are only skeletons trying to survive :o((

The F ham Fed (aka REF-Union) has lost 10% of its members last year. Step by
step the REF is also leading to the skeleton state but hopefully (for us, as F
people) not for the same reasons.
