[SOC] Sorry everyone...no wonder im the list mngr

Hi All, ive been busy as of late and havent even been near the puter...when i 
checked, i had 3 posts to admit, i apologize to those who were waiting...it 
figures since this is the SOC list that it would take me this long to figure 
it all out.  other list managers were having trouble, but it appears im the 
only one who still didnt get it, lol.
  Ok, so here i am at last...carry on!!
