My all time favorite was when I first got into ham radio.Vacuum tubes were i=
n=20
use then and the 807 was a popular power amplifier tube. The operator would=20
end a QSO on AM phone by saying "I'm going to get a cold 807". Translated=20
"I'm getting a bottle of beer in the fridge."
