Hello Rob

We have the go ahead for the property next door and my home in Piney Point
for the field day weekend
The address is 17359 Goddards Lane Piney Point
THe only issue I see is a weather related problem as if very wet the ground
is practically inpassable. We could not park cars on the grass.
 We are only 1 to 2 feet above sea level and the properties both back onto
Piney Creek. After rain the water takes a couple of days to drain off.
Perhaps a site inspection is warranted.
