All,

 

I wanted to send out a huge thank you for helping out with the Day to Serve
Event held at Serenity Farm on the 20th of this month. I waited because I
was waiting for some final numbers to make it my way.

First of all this was the best turnout in my history with the club for an
event as we had 24 operators on the roster. So a special thanks to Gary K3IH
for bringing this event to my attention and for taking lead in determining
what was needed from us. After everything was said and done we were crucial
in coordinating the efforts of  801 volunteers. We are still receiving
compliments for how well we did and we have already been invited back for
next year.
