[SMCARA] HOLLYWOOD CARNIVAL SUPPORT NEEDED!

PUBLIC SERVICE REQUEST:

Where : Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department Carnival
When : July 10, 11, & 17  (7 pm - 11 pm)
Task : 2 people to work in place of Gene Talley at the Hoopla Toss booth
due to his recent surgery. Check in at the Bingo Hall office for
instructions.
Note : Wear club T-Shirts if you have one

If you are able to assist us as we help out Gene Talley and the HVFD
Leadership during their carnival please let me know ASAP.

Ideally we could use six people each offering a 4 hour shift. if we had 12
then we can 2 hours shifts and you could enjoy the carnival either before
or after your shift. Rachel and I are in for a shift.

This would go a long way toward developing that relationship with the Fire
Department Leadership and show appreciation for allowing us to use the
Bingo Hall for FREE during our Field Day Exercises.
