[SMCARA] County RACES badges

All,

I was informed Sunday that St. Mary's County is no longer offering badges
for RACES members. If you have submitted your application they are adding
us to a database that the Law Enforcement agencies have access to and can
look us up.

Now that we are in the system we can will now focus on training. The first
event is July 23. Please see this for more information.
