[SMCARA] Tech Class - more questions

Although I haven't seen the current material, I wouldn't mind helping out
with a few classes.

Last time I seriously looked at what was on the exam was back when I took it
myself.  That was 33 years ago and I imagine the subject matter has changed
a little bit in the interim.  But still, I think I could get up to speed to
the point I could actually present a class or two.
