[SMCARA] Tech Class - more questions

Hi Bob...

I know there is interest in an Extra upgrade class, and I've been approached 
about it in the past.  As I noted, I don't feel comfortable being the sole 
provider for that upgrade.

I pride myself on being able to communicate difficult concepts in an 
understandable way.  While I may be able to get the main points across, I 
fear that I would not be able to make it understandable...   But, I will be 
happy to organize a class and recruit people who can do what I can't... 
But it will be a few months down the road...

If there is anyone in the club who feels comfortable teaching an Extra 
upgrade class, please let me know and I'll help you put everything 
together...
