[SMCARA] 146.64 tone change -- action required by YOU

Greetings everyone.

I have activated the tone on the 146.64 repeater.  You must use a PL tone of
146.2 Hz on the input (your transmit) when accessing the 146.64 repeater.

The repeater also transmits a PL tone of 146.2 on the output (your receive).
You may optionally use this tone to control the squelch on your receive.
