I am the regional SKYWARN Coordinator for the NWS Albany office (Covers parts of 4 
states)

I have questions for those of you that interact directly with your local NWS office where a 
permanent ham radio station is maintained for SKYWARN use:

*   Who provided the radio equipment?
*   Who maintains the equipment when something goes wrong or when it has reached the 
    end of its useful life?
*   Who maintains the coax and antenna(s)?
