Five out of 13 were replies to digest messages without changing the subject
line
Of those five, only two failed to snip the digest material.
While a reminder about changing the subject line and trimming unneeded
quoted text is never a bad idea, it doesn't seem that we have any
earth-shattering problem going on.

When one looks at the archive from June so far, one will see about half the
messages (two days so far) are replies to digest messages ... without
snipping the digest ... which results in those who get the digest getting
the information again ... and again ... and again.
