Skywarn is always a local program.
There are four NWS offices that serve Georgia. Enter your zip code at
http://www.weather.gov/ to reach the appropriate office.
Each of the four have Skywarn links on their page which gives information
on that program.
Expect to see a strong connection to Skywarn with the local emergency
management office. Thus, your local emergency manager would also want to
know you are available and interested in supporting THAT local program.
