[Skywarn] SkyWarn Dispatch Software

I am looking for a current/updated version of the SkyWarn dispatch 
software that I acquired many years ago and have been using for storm 
spotting and effectively in that time.  However, it is an old "DOS" 
version that is slow, but does work and handle the needs.  I am needing 
software that will log the radio activity, instead of a mapping 
program/software.  Thank you for checking into this for me. (I attempted 
to send this request through the website and it would not send the message).
