Lloyd, 

Your post was the first I've heard of a credentialing
effort. Any public-facing documents that would give some more
information, or anything you'd be willing to share? 

If I don't hear
anything (or if you don't have any additional information), I'll make a
note to ask the meteorologist from Boulder NWS on Monday when I go in
for our seasonal training/refresher training.
