The tentative agenda for the EMP SIG meeting at the NOAA Space Weather
Workshop at the Millennium Hotel in Boulder, CO is attached.  We also
expect to have the meeting webcast through the facilities of the DHS
network that will support approximately 400 remote attendees.  The url
will be sent by email and also posted on sustaining-people.com once it
becomes available sometime between 3-5 April.

About the EMP-SIG:
The EMP SIG addresses any high-impact low-frequency threat that could
cause long-term nationwide collapse of critical infrastructure. These
threats include EMP, extreme space weather, cyber-attacks, coordinated
physical attacks or widespread pandemics. The EMP SIG provides trusted
communications and information for InfraGard members active in any
critical infrastructure in any community to enhance planning,
mitigation and development of sustainable infrastructure. The EMP SIG
continues to attract leading subject matter experts from a variety of
disciplines, all with a vested interested in protecting our homeland.
Liaison panels and policy groups within the EMP-SIG are forming across
various infrastructure disciplines to foster discussion and action
around any potential catastrophic threat that could cause long-term
nationwide collapse of our critical infrastructure.
