[Skywarn] Email changes

List members,

If you are going to tell an email list you are changing your address,
don't forget to change your address on the list.

It's better form, IMO, to get an email address you can use, ex.
http://mail-filter.com/user/joinus.php, arrl.net, etc. and use that
address.  THEN when you change Internet Service Providers, you don't
have to tell all your recipients of the new address and change
addresses on all your subscribed email lists.
