[Skywarn] New to this

I would like to suggest that eSpotter is the right method for anything except wall clouds (rotating or not) and tornados.  I have volunteered in TWO weather service offices...when a storm is starting to go, their phones ring all the time.  If you have valuable information, but not tornadic, ESpotter saves them time.  If you are an amateur radio operator or SKYWARN operator, identify yourself either way - it goes into statistics that help the Wx Service justify SKYWARN.
