[SkyHub] 900 MHz ism band NPRM

[Part 15 Engineer]

I didn't read the whole thing but the gist I get is they want to possibly
revoke the 902 to 928 ism band for ham and ism operations and reallocate
it. I don't know how much danger there is of this happening because there
is a shit ton of ham and part 15 ism users on this band in addition to
government users.
