[SkyHub] 900 MHz ism band NPRM

Yeah I don’t see any way they could kick off the millions of part 15
devices on that band.
The band is so noisy it’s pretty hard to use for amateur radio even.
There’s maybe 5-10 good 12.5KHz channels at the very bottom of the band
before the noise floor creeps up. Id love even 2MHz of spectrum 800MHz
instead of the whole 900MHz ham band.
