[SkyHub] Backup Wires-X system

Due to todays internet loss at our main site for Wires-X, Steve KDØSBN and I are working on a backup plan for a total off site backup internet link for the SHL Wires-X system and the subsequent YSF link to the rest of SkyHubLink.  The YSF reflector 92722 is operating properly however at this time, so those ops are not effected.

Those of you who operate Wires-X standby, more details to follow in the week or two to come.

Steve will be operating a complete backup link to SHL thru YSF and a complete backup Wires-X room to link into should the main system go down.  Since this will be at his QTH in Pueblo, it will backup the link to the rest of the SHL and will operate just the same as the Link in Denver.  This will eliminate the problem should the failure occur again.

Stand by for more to come.  We will send the information and instructions to Wires-X repeater and node operators as details come together.
