[SkyHub] WIRES-X 46361 DOWN

Greetings all, due to a FIBER EATING BACKHOE (no kidding) the main internet link to the 449.625 location where the HRI-200 and Wires-X location, and the 448.350 co-located HRI-200, which houses the 60777 backup room, is totally down for the time being.

We do not expect it to be back up tonight.

We are working on it to restore as quickly as possible.

However, 449.625 and 448.350 are still connected to SkyHubLink themselves and are operating locally.  All other Fusion Wires-X repeaters are not connected.
