[SkyHub] Wires-X connection to SkyHubLink

Good morning,

For the time being we have put up Wires-X room 65045 as a temporary backup for SkyHubLink.  We have a link now to bring that room in while we are awaiting repairs to the main internet connection.  I am going thru the system this morning and connecting most of the Fusion Wires-X repeaters to that room and disabling the return to room 46361 feature.
