QSL MANAGER OF THE YEAR

I am pleased to announce that Bill "Buzz" Loeschman,

NI5DX has been voted by DXers, around the world, as the QSL

Manager of the Year. A number of QSL Managers were nominated

but Buzz was "Top Gun" for this year.

Congratulations Buzz.

The award is sponsored by John Shelton, K1XN owner of

the GoList with support from DX Publishing. A suitable plaque

will be presented to Bill/Buzz at the earliest opportunity. The

original plan was to make the presentation at the W4DXCC

Convention Sept. 27-28 in Pigeon Forge, TN.
