[SJDXA] 3W2LI VIETNAM

Former VR2BG Brett Graham will is QRV from 3W2LI station in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  He will be there until August 13th.  He will be mostly on CW and possibly spend some time in the WAE CW contest this weekend.  He is in Vietnam on a family holiday so radio is not a big priority.   I can think of many  places to go on vacation but Ho Chi Minh City is not one of them.
