I agree but the crappy US Dollar only goes so far these days.  I have all 
Yaesu gear but have been considering a Wouxun for a second HT for the wife, 
can't afford another dualband Yaesu right now.

That model is legal by the way, was reviewed on QRZ a while back, there is a 
VHF and UHF version.  The VHF is 136-174 and the UHF is 400-470.  They both 
have FCC approval as far as I can tell, they are marked as such on many 
sites, but that’s not to say the US Dealers are lying also.

Doubt the model shown is legal, although that manufacturer appears to
sell a few VHF/UHF HT's at several dealers listed in CQ & other ham
publications..

Personally I's stick with equipment that comes with a U.S. warranty by a
respected company that has been in business for some time & contributes
to U.S. jobs.
